- 🍅 1 tomato
- 1 cup yeolmu kimchi
- 2 servings noodles
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Bibim Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice the tomato flesh into strips and finely chop the seed portion.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced green onion to create the bibim sauce.
Add the chopped tomato seed portion to the sauce and mix well.
Cut yeolmu kimchi into 2 cm pieces and mix it into the sauce.
Boil the noodles until cooked, then rinse multiple times in cold water to remove starch.
Mix the drained noodles with the bibim sauce.
Top with sliced tomato flesh, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
