INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 tbsp frying or pancake mix
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Drain the tofu and mash it with your hands.
Add 2 eggs and mix well.
Add soy sauce to the mixture.
Add sesame oil (optional).
Add sugar and mix. Add more if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Chop green onions and add them to the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp of frying or pancake mix and combine.
Heat a frying pan and cook the mixture into pancakes. If the tofu breaks apart, you can stir-fry instead.
