    • 1 block tofu
    • 1/4 portion aged kimchi
    • 250g pork belly
    • 🧅 1 onion
    • 🥕 A small amount of carrot
    • 1 stalk green onion
    • 2 chili peppers
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • A small amount of sesame oil

ÉTAPES

Place pork belly in a pan and cook until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp sugar while cooking to enhance flavor.

Chop onion, carrot, green onion, chili peppers, and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Add half a cup of water to the pan with the pork, followed by chili powder, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until softened.

Add onion and carrot to the pan and cook until tender.

Turn off the heat and mix in green onion and chili peppers. Drizzle sesame oil on top.

Warm the tofu separately, optionally with a small amount of sesame oil.

Plate the tofu and stir-fried kimchi mixture together. Serve warm.
