- 🍲 Tofu 1 block (200g)
 - Kimchi 1 cup (finely chopped)
 - Beef 150g (thinly sliced)
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (sliced)
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot (minced)
 
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 💧 4 cups water
 
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the kimchi and prepare the carrot and onion.
Add the beef to a pot and stir-fry until cooked, then add the kimchi and stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add prepared vegetables and boil slightly longer, then season with soy sauce, red pepper powder, and minced garlic.
Finally, add the tofu and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
