INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g tofu
 - 250g cake flour
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 🧂 80g sugar
 - 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Wrap tofu in a cloth and squeeze out excess water. Sift cake flour and baking powder together.
In a large bowl, mix grapeseed oil, egg, sugar, and salt using a whisk. Add the drained tofu, sifted flour, baking powder, and black sesame seeds, then mix until combined.
Place the dough on a flat surface covered with plastic wrap. Sprinkle flour on top, cover with another plastic wrap, and roll out with a rolling pin to a uniform thickness of 0.5cm.
Cut the dough into desired shapes or use cookie cutters. Place the shaped dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
