    • 200g bean sprouts
    • 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch water
  • Tofu Bean Sprout Rice Bowl Sauce

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp plum syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
    • 1/2 minced red chili
  • Tofu Salad Ingredients

    • 🧈 1 block grilled tofu
    • Some lettuce
    • 🍎 Some apple slices
    • Adequate oriental dressing

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown.

Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Mix all sauce ingredients and add minced red chili. Slice the fried tofu into strips.

Add bean sprouts and tofu to the pan, pour in the sauce, stir-fry quickly, and add cornstarch water. Serve over rice.

For the salad, arrange lettuce, grilled tofu, and apple slices, then drizzle with oriental dressing.
