    • 🍄 2/3 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 🧈 150g tofu
    • 🐖 150g ground pork
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 a pinch of salt
    • a pinch of pepper
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 1/2 tbsp rice wine
  • Binding Ingredients

    • 🌾 1-2 tbsp flour

ÉTAPES

Remove excess moisture and blood from ground pork using a paper towel. Mix with a pinch of salt and rice wine, then set aside.

Trim the base of enoki mushrooms, wash, and chop finely. Add to the pork mixture.

Drain tofu and mash it with the back of a knife. Add to the mixture along with green onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix well.

Heat a pan with cooking oil. Spoon the mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the pancake into pieces and serve on a plate.
