- 1 block of tofu
 - 🥬 1 bowl of aged kimchi
 
Additional Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1-1.5 tbsp chili powder
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: aged kimchi, chili powder, sesame oil, and sugar.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the kimchi.
Add water intermittently while stir-frying to keep the kimchi moist.
Mix in sugar and chili powder.
Before turning off the heat, drizzle sesame oil over the kimchi.
To prepare the tofu, place it in a bowl with enough water to cover and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Be careful as it will be hot.
Arrange the tofu and kimchi nicely on a plate for serving.
