- 140g tofu
- 🥕 15g carrot
- 15g beet
- 15g vitamin vegetables
- 15g rice flour
ÉTAPES
Prepare 140g tofu, 15g carrot, 15g beet, 15g vitamin vegetables, and 15g rice flour.
Boil the tofu for 3–5 minutes and press it with a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
Divide the tofu into three portions of approximately 46–47g each.
Prepare the vegetables by boiling them until tender.
Add 15g vitamin vegetables to one portion of tofu.
Add 15g carrot to another portion of tofu.
Mash the tofu and mix it well with the vegetables.
Add 4–5g rice flour to each portion and mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into small balls suitable for a baby to eat.
Place the tofu balls on parchment paper in an air fryer and cook at 170°C for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the colorful tofu balls to your baby and enjoy!
