- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 small can spam
- 🥬 180g chopped kimchi
- sufficient cooking oil
Kimchi Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp kimchi juice
ÉTAPES
Dice the spam, beat 3 eggs, and chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, add the beaten eggs, and stir with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs. Transfer to a separate dish.
Pan-fry the diced spam without additional oil as it releases its own fat.
Heat cooking oil in the pan, add chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, and sugar, then stir-fry until the kimchi is cooked. Finish with sesame oil.
Spread cooked rice evenly on a plate.
Arrange stir-fried kimchi, scrambled eggs, and spam side by side on the rice. Serve and enjoy!
