- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 300g bean sprouts
- 🍄 1 pack mixed mushrooms
- 🥕 100g julienned carrot
- 200g julienned bell pepper
- 50g chopped chives
- 50g perilla leaves
- 100g crab sticks
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp wasabi
- 50g chopped chili
- 🧅 50g chopped green onion
- 0.5 tbsp black pepper
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Tear the mixed mushrooms into smaller pieces and prepare them.
Blanch the mushrooms lightly and shred them together with crab sticks.
Julienne the vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, chives, perilla leaves) into finger-sized strips.
Season the thinly sliced beef with 1 tbsp cooking wine, 0.5 tbsp pepper, and 0.5 tbsp salt.
Wrap the prepared ingredients (mushrooms, crab sticks, vegetables) in the seasoned beef slices.
Place bean sprouts in a steamer and arrange the beef rolls neatly on top. Steam for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, garlic, wasabi, chopped chili, and green onion.
Pour the prepared sauce over the steamed beef rolls and serve.
