- 🥩 500g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Oil
- 1 tsp perilla oil
Seasoning
- 3 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 0.5 tsp minced ginger
ÉTAPES
Place the thinly sliced pork belly in a bowl.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, plum extract, and minced ginger.
Cut the green onion into large pieces for cooking and thin slices for topping.
Marinate the pork belly with the prepared seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp of perilla oil, then add the onion and green onion pieces.
Add the marinated pork belly to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Once the pork is cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds and turn off the heat. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion.
After finishing the pork, use the remaining sauce to fry rice with additional pork slices, an egg, soy sauce, and seaweed.
Add chopped kimchi and sesame seeds to the fried rice for extra flavor.
Top the fried rice with chopped green onion before serving.
