INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦀 170g imitation crab meat
- 🐖 100g ground pork
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🥬 1 handful cabbage
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 100g curry powder
- 💧 700ml water
- 🥚 5 eggs
ÉTAPES
Heat some cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the ground pork until cooked.
Chop the carrot and onion into small pieces and add them to the pan. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add finely chopped cabbage and continue stir-frying.
Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and bring it to a boil.
Mix 1.5 cups of water with the curry powder, then add it to the pan. Stir continuously while cooking.
Once all ingredients are cooked, tear the imitation crab meat into pieces and add it to the curry.
Beat the eggs lightly and pour them into the curry. Stir quickly and remove from heat.
