- 🥓 2 cups pork belly, diced
Sauce
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 🧂 4 tbsp onion-infused soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Dice the pork belly into small pieces.
Place the pork belly in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cooking wine to the pan and stir-fry.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add teriyaki sauce and onion-infused soy sauce.
Simmer the pork until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat and add honey and black pepper. Stir with residual heat.
Serve the pork belly on a hot plate.
