    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup

Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the vegetables: slice onion and bell peppers into similar sizes, and cut broccoli into florets.

Heat a pan and cook the seasoned beef until 70% done.

Remove the beef and sauté onion and garlic in the same pan.
