- 🦪 1 cup oysters
- 1 tbsp chopped green chili
- 1 tsp chopped red chili
- A dash of soju
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Wash the oysters in salt water, drain, and set aside. Boil water in a pot, add a dash of soju, and blanch the oysters for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Drain the oysters using a sieve to remove excess water.
Finely chop the green chili and red chili.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (tsuyu, soy sauce, water, fish sauce, lemon juice) to create the sauce.
Combine the oysters with the chopped chilies.
Pour the prepared sauce over the oysters and chilies.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
