ÉTAPES
Peel the tangerines and blend them in a mixer.
In a pot, combine tangerines, sugar, and lemon juice. Boil on high heat briefly, then simmer on medium-low heat until thickened.
Trim the crusts off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
Spread tangerine jam on the bread, brush egg wash on the edges, and fold into a triangle. Seal the edges using a fork.
Brush egg wash on the top and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes. Alternatively, cook on low heat in a pan if an oven is unavailable.
