- 1 pack smoked duck (600g)
- 🧅 1 large green onion, sliced
- 5-6 perilla leaves, sliced
Seasonings
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into thick strips and prepare the perilla leaves by washing and slicing them into medium-sized pieces.
Prepare 600g of smoked duck and cut any large pieces in half.
Heat a pan and add the smoked duck. Stir-fry until it turns golden and releases its fat.
Add the sliced green onion to the pan along with 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
Add the sliced perilla leaves and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
