- 🍠 2 cups mashed sweet potato
- 🟫 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 🧈 1/4 cup melted butter
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Pie Crust
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧈 1/2 cup cold butter
- 💧 3 tbsp ice water
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour and salt, then cutting in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water and form into a dough.
Roll out the dough and place it into a pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges.
In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
