- 🍠 400g sweet potato
 - 🧅 5 stalks green onion
 
Seasoning
- 💧 1 cup water
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
 - 3 tbsp cooking oil
 
ÉTAPES
Slice green onions into 0.3cm pieces and set aside.
Cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Soak sweet potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Drain the sweet potatoes and pat dry.
Mix 1 cup water, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp cooking oil and sauté the sweet potatoes.
When sweet potatoes start to turn golden, add the sauce and continue cooking.
Add green onions and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then stir-fry until fragrant.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp black sesame seeds as garnish and serve.
