INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 330g radish, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Broth
- 250ml dashi stock
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the radish into even pieces and layer them in a pot.
Chop the green onion and chili pepper, then place them on top of the radish.
Pour 250ml of dashi stock into the pot.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the mixed seasoning evenly over the radish and vegetables.
Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the radish is tender.
