- 🎃 1 medium pumpkin
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp syrup
ÉTAPES
Clean the pumpkin skin thoroughly using baking powder.
Cut the pumpkin in half and place it in a loosely tied plastic bag. Microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Let the pumpkin cool slightly, then scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
Cut the pumpkin into 12 equal pieces.
In a pan, mix sugar, water, and syrup. Heat on low until it starts to boil, then add the pumpkin pieces.
Cook the pumpkin for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally to coat both sides with syrup.
Once the syrup thickens and adheres to the pumpkin, remove from heat and serve.
