- 🦑 1 squid
- 3 handfuls of water parsley
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1/2 small onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean and prepare all ingredients.
Cut water parsley into halves and soak in vinegar water for 20 minutes.
Rinse water parsley multiple times and drain well.
Cut water parsley into bite-sized pieces.
Slice green chili diagonally.
Julienne onion and carrot.
Peel squid and score it with a knife.
Boil squid in water with 1 tbsp of soju and a piece of onion for 30-40 seconds.
Cool boiled squid in cold water and drain.
Cut squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the marinade.
Combine squid, vegetables, and marinade, mixing gently.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
