- 1 pack chives
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare 1 pack of chives and soak them in water.
Trim the chives by peeling the skin off the head, removing black parts from the roots, and rinsing thoroughly.
Wash the chives thoroughly under running water.
Remove excess water and cut the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chopped chives into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the bowl.

Add 4 tbsp vinegar to the bowl.
