- Noodles - 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
 
- Meat - 🥩 100g thinly sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🌱 6 stalks chives, cut into 4cm pieces
 
- Oil and Seasoning - 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
 
- Sauce - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
 
- Toppings - 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- Pickled ginger to taste
 
ÉTAPES
Cut chives into 4cm pieces and mince garlic. Loosen the steamed Chinese noodles. Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, mirin, soy sauce, sake) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir. Once bubbling, add the noodles and stir-fry until evenly coated. Add chives and stir briefly. Sprinkle with pepper.
Plate the yakisoba and top with onsen eggs and pickled ginger.
