ÉTAPES
Clean the button mushrooms with a kitchen towel and remove the stems.
Chop the scallions into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry the mushrooms until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat once the sauce is reduced.
Add sesame oil, chopped scallions, and sesame seeds. Mix well before serving.
