    • 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
    • 🧄 1 handful of garlic, sliced
    • A small amount of green onion, chopped

    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
  • Cooking Liquids

    • 100 ml kelp stock
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil

ÉTAPES

Prepare 100 ml of kelp stock.

Slice garlic and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.

Add chopped onion to the pan and continue sautéing.

Add diced potatoes and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Pour in 4 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry again.

Add 100 ml of kelp stock, cover the pan, and simmer on low heat.

Once potatoes are cooked, add 1 tbsp of oligosaccharide for a glossy finish.

Add chopped green onion, stir briefly, and remove from heat.
