  • Main Ingredients

    • 160g sundae (Korean blood sausage)
    • 1 handful rice cake slices
    • 130g soaked glass noodles
    • 25 perilla leaves
    • 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
    • 2 green chilies
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 🧅 Adequate amount of green onion
    • A pinch of sesame salt
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 tbsp ginger wine
    • 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 7 tbsp water
    • A pinch of black pepper

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all seasoning ingredients and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Soak the glass noodles in water beforehand and prepare rice cake slices.

Prepare vegetables: shred cabbage, cut perilla leaves into quarters, and slice green onion and green chilies diagonally.

Boil the soaked glass noodles briefly, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir-fry sundae and rice cake slices.

Add half of the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry with sundae and rice cakes.

Add all prepared vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.

Add boiled glass noodles and additional seasoning sauce as needed. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.

Sprinkle sesame salt generously and serve hot.
