- 🥩 200g stir-fry beef
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of ground pepper
Main Ingredients
- 20 pieces rice cakes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove excess blood from the beef using a paper towel.
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and ground pepper. Let it sit for a while.
Slice the vegetables: red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion into thin strips.
Mix soy sauce and honey to prepare the stir-fry sauce.
Blanch the rice cakes in hot water briefly, then drain them.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until it loses its pink color.
Add the blanched rice cakes, sliced vegetables, and stir-fry sauce to the pan. Stir-fry everything together.
Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
