 - 1/2 cup chili powder
 - 1/2 cup cornmeal

 - 💧 1 cup water
 
ÉTAPES
Wash hands with soap and water.
Cook beef in a large, hot skillet until lightly browned. Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except corn; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in corn.
Place chili mixture in a 10-inch skillet and heat thoroughly.
Mix cornmeal and salt with water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Spread the cornmeal mixture over the hot chili to form a crust. Sprinkle with chili powder.
Cover and cook over low heat, with the lid slightly ajar, until the topping is set (about 10 minutes).
