INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 round zucchini, sliced thick
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the round zucchini into quarters and remove the seeds. Slice into thick pieces about 1.5 cm.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt over the zucchini slices and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Slice the onion to match the size of the zucchini pieces.
Rinse the salted zucchini slices and pat them dry.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add the zucchini slices to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of shrimp paste.
Add the sliced onion and red chili to the pan once the zucchini is halfway cooked.
When the onion turns translucent, finish with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds.
