- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🍄 1 bunch of mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into half-moons and sprinkle with salt to marinate lightly.
Heat a pan and add oil, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the mushrooms and continue stir-frying until both are cooked through.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat and drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil, mixing well.
Transfer to a plate and serve warm.
