    • 1/3 tbsp curry powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

ÉTAPES

Soak frozen squid in 40°C water with sliced chili peppers for 5 minutes.

Wash and slice vegetables into similar-sized long strips.

Mix soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, corn syrup, gochujang, red pepper flakes, curry powder, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Clean the defrosted squid, remove the innards, and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the prepared seasoning for 1 minute over low to medium heat.

Add the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry. No additional water is needed as the vegetables release moisture.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
