Basic Ingredients
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 handful blanched bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 serving cooked rice
- 1/3 cup bean sprout water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare 2 handfuls of bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water with 1/2 tsp salt until slightly tender. Drain and set aside 1 handful for the recipe.
Chop 1/2 green onion into small pieces.
Mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 cup ground pork with 1 tbsp minced garlic. Add 2 pinches of salt and pepper. Once the pork is partially cooked, add the chopped green onion and continue to stir-fry.
Add 1 serving of cooked rice, the prepared seasoning sauce, 1 handful of blanched bean sprouts, and 1/3 cup of bean sprout water to the pan. Stir-fry over medium-low heat until everything is well combined.
Serve the stir-fried rice with optional garnishes like seaweed flakes or a fried egg for added flavor and texture.
