    • Sprinkle of sesame seeds
    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp cooking wine

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain the water.

Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.

Wash the chives and cut them into finger-length pieces.

Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce in a bowl. Add sugar or corn syrup for a sweeter taste if desired.

Cook the pork belly slices over high heat until they lose their pink color.

Add all prepared vegetables to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.

When the onions turn translucent, pour the mixed sauce around the edges and stir well.

Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Once the bean sprouts soften slightly, add the chives and mix quickly. Adjust the taste with sugar or salt as needed.
