- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Trim the stems of the oyster mushrooms and tear them into smaller pieces.
Rinse the mushrooms briefly under running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Dry-fry the oyster mushrooms in a pan without oil until their moisture is released, then set them aside.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry until the onion softens.
Add the mushrooms, green onion, oyster sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Stir-fry until well combined.
