    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Clean the octopus with salt to remove impurities and prepare them.

Cut green onions into thumb-sized pieces and prepare them.

Slice the onion into thumb-sized pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients: red pepper powder, soy sauce (3 tbsp each), minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup (1 tbsp each).

Blanch the octopus for 1 minute, then cool in cold water for 30 seconds.
