- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Place cleaned octopus in a strainer and refrigerate overnight to remove excess water and slightly dry it.
Blanch the octopus briefly, then rinse in cold water to improve its chewy texture.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper powder, oyster sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, fish sauce, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Heat a large wok on high for 4 minutes, then add the octopus, bean sprouts, and sauce. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
