- 🧅 1/3 onion, diced

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 a small amount of garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Peel the button mushrooms and cut them in half. Dice the onion into small cubes.
Heat a pan with olive oil, then add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add 2 tbsp of water and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the mushrooms absorb the sauce.
Add the remaining water and perilla powder. Mix well until the sauce thickens slightly.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
