Meat
- 🥓 80g block bacon
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the block bacon into 7mm slices, then halve each slice.
Trim the roots of the komatsuna and cut into 4cm pieces. Separate the maitake mushrooms by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the bacon and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then add the komatsuna and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add sake and soy sauce, and stir to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
