- 🍄 4 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 100g carrot, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 drizzle sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Oil
- 3 tbsp canola oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the carrot.
Heat 3 tbsp of canola oil in a pan.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they release moisture.
Add the carrot slices and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir well.
Push the mushrooms to one side of the pan and add 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce to the empty space.
Mix the soy sauce with the mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds.
