Vegetables
- 🍄 230g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 medium onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Clean the shiitake mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth or kitchen towel. Remove any debris or dust.
Trim the stems of the mushrooms and slice the caps into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion and onion into thin pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or deep pan over medium heat. Add the sliced green onion and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and onion slices to the pan and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Season with 1/3 tbsp of salt and continue stir-frying until the mushrooms release their juices.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and stir well to combine.
Drizzle 2 tbsp of sesame oil over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and give the dish a final stir before serving.
