- 1 pack shishito peppers
Seasoning
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, wash them, and let them dry. Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, corn syrup, and minced garlic.
Heat a pan and pour in the seasoning sauce. Add the shishito peppers and stir-fry until they absorb the sauce.
Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan. Stir-fry until the fish cakes are well coated with the sauce.
Once all ingredients are well coated and cooked, add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir briefly and serve.
