- 🍄 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 🧄 5 garlic cloves, sliced

- 4 fish cake sheets, sliced

- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice garlic into thin pieces (0.3cm).
Slice green onion diagonally into thin pieces (0.3cm).
Trim the base of enoki mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice fish cake sheets into strips (0.5cm).
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add fish cake slices to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until they start to soften.
Add green onion, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and a pinch of ground pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil into the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds over the dish and serve.
