- 1/2 bell pepper

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A drizzle of corn syrup

- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a wok.
Blanch the fish cake to remove impurities, either by boiling or microwaving briefly. Then stir-fry the blanched fish cake.
Once the fish cake becomes firm, add onion and carrot, and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix well to season the dish.
Add bell pepper and stir briefly to maintain its crunchiness.
Turn off the heat and drizzle corn syrup for a glossy finish.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
