Seasonings

 - 2 tbsp cooking oil
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare fish cake, bean sprouts, bell pepper, onion, and chives.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Stir-fry fish cake with soy sauce and garlic until softened.
Add onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and bean sprouts to the pan.
Lightly stir-fry the bean sprouts to maintain their freshness.
Add chives and turn off the heat.
