    • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves completely.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces and cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.

Heat cooking oil and chopped green onion over medium-low heat until the scallion turns golden.
