INGRÉDIENTS
- Vegetables - 🍆 2 eggplants, sliced into half-moons
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the eggplants into 1 cm thick half-moons.
Prepare the sauce by mixing minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, and sesame oil.
Heat a pan with enough cooking oil over medium heat.
Add the eggplants to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry over low heat.
Once the eggplants are well coated and cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
