- 2 handfuls dried squid
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Gochujang Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Soak 2 handfuls of dried squid in water for 10 minutes to soften.
Mix the soaked squid with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and cut into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
In a pan, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp cooking oil. Once simmering, add half of the squid and stir-fry until well coated. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
In the same pan, combine 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic. Once simmering, add the remaining squid and stir-fry until well coated. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Clean the pan with a paper towel between cooking the soy sauce and gochujang versions to reduce cleanup.
