INGRÉDIENTS
- Vegetables - 1 bowl of chili peppers, cut into 1-2 cm pieces
 
- Seafood - 1 handful of dried squid
 
- Seasonings - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- Generous amount of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
 
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Stir-fry the chili peppers cut into 1-2 cm pieces until coated.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and corn syrup to the pan and simmer until the mixture thickens.
Add the dried squid to the pan and stir well.
Sprinkle chili powder over the mixture and stir until well combined.
Remove from heat once the chili powder is absorbed and the dish is well mixed.
